Hello Everyone....

Just some crazy things has been going on for the last couple of years. My husband Dane had finally graduated UVU last spring...Yay!!! Finally freedom from school projects, homework, finals. Congrats Hon!!!

After 4 miscarriages, I was able to give birth to a beautiful baby boy in November. We were going to name him Liam Carlisle Godwin but ended up changing it two days before he was born. His new name is David Liam Carlisle Godwin...Sorry, we had grown attached to his name and did not want to give up. Yes, he is one of those boys that have two middle names. However, everything I went through to have him...I would do it again in a heartbeat. He is adorable and loves to make faces. And he looks like his sister. Cosy is loving being a big sister and is TRYING to be a big girl herself. Crazy that I now have two kids that I love and adore with a hubby that I am best friends with.

We are also looking into finding a new job for Dane...mostly in Colorado and Utah. So...fingers crossed, we will be finding a great job that will hopefully have us moving to Colorado.

So, that is a little run down of what has been going on with us. I will work on adding more pictures and news from us in the future. Have a wonderful day!!!

So, we thought that we would update this blog with pictures of Cosette first day here up to today date.


Here we are getting ready for the birth of our beautiful daughter...I am laying in the bed wondering if she will ever come.


My husband and his family are busy playing Wii and X-box. I just slept through it all...it was about the only real time I was able to receive rest and for Dane to play games as long as he wanted too.


After 29 hours the real labor begins...within 5 minutes of pushing, out come Cosette with her eyes wide open.




Dane was the first family member to hold her. I was relieved to see that she did not have a unibrow and had the ten fingers/toes. We will not forgot our feelings when we saw her for the first time and was able to hold her in our arms.

Whee! We just made a blog!

Well we finally got around to setting up this blog! Cosette now weighs 10 lbs 5 oz and eats like a Clydesdale. We just got her started on a bottle. She got the hang of it fairly quickly and can now take either a bottle or Mommy. She has started to look around and take in her surroundings. This she does in between sleeping, crying, pooping, and/while bawling her head off for food and attention. Daddy will be the first to tell you that these tactics don't work for long. He tried all of those during their first month of marriage. Now look where it got him... ...changing diapers and doing dishes. Gotta love being a grown-up.
